The Petitioner seek bail in Goh P.S. Case No. 86 of 2011, G.R. No. 399 of 2011 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147,148,149,341,323,379,384,435 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act and 17 of CLA Act. It has been submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. The Sessions Judge has mentioned in the impugned order that name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Mritunjay Mishra. The other co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 9047 of 2017, vide order dated 01.03.2017. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this

Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 86 of 2011 subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
