Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-b) A, 26 (i), 35 of the Arms Act.

One country made loaded pistol is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 15.12.2015.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Naugachia in Bihpur (Bhawanipur) P.S. Case no. 326/2015.
