The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017, registered under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that the police, on receiving secret information about carrying the theft materials of sugar mill on Pickup van, started checking near bridge situated near Mukhdumpur and found that one Pickup van was coming from East side. On seeing the police, driver of Pickup van accelated the speed but on chase one person was apprehended, who disclosed his name as Santosh Singh (petitioner) and also disclosed the name of his associates as Ajay Nishad, Sanni Nishad, Sajan
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15103 of 2017 (2) dt.26-04-2017 Verma and Suraj. On search, 90 pieces of 5 feet pipes and one Oxygen cylinder recovered.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 18.01.2017.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur, Vaishali, in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
