ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 29-06-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of acquittal dated 04.03.2004 passed by the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Katihar in Criminal Appeal No. 64 of 2001, by which he has set aside the judgment dated 28.05.2001 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Katihar in Tr. No. 20 of 2001 (G.R. No. 1468 of 1994), by which he has convicted the Petitioner under Section 420 IPC and sentenced him to undergo R.I. for one year. Having gone through the impugned appellate judgment, I do not find any perversity in the same and, hence, decline to interfere in the matter.
Hence, the Revision Application stands dismissed.
