The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that under Section 164 Cr.P.C. statement the victim got her age recorded 16 years wherein she stated that she of her own gone in the company of co-accused Sakinkar and has performed marriage with him but has not named the petitioners.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29283 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 108 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
