This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 8-20(b)II(A) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

One kilogram and seventy-five gram ganja was recovered from a bag which was lying in the clothe shop of the petitioner, some liquor was also recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 20.11.2016.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 217 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Aurangabad, or successor Court after completion of five months of custody.
