The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 586 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 364 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the accused person including the petitioner having abducted the victim boy. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the statement of the victim boy recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. would bear it out that though he has named the petitioner herein and other including co-accused Vinod Yadav and Shanti Yadav as the main culprit, they have been allowed bail by this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26601 of 2018 (3) dt.09-07-2018 2/2 bail by this Court vide order dated 16.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3275 of 2016 and order dated 20.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.23003 of 2018. The petitioner is stated to be languishing in custody since 20.12.2017.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 586 of 2015.
