JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 20-05-2015 Heard Mr. Dronacharya learned counsel for the petitioners on whose request this Court vide order dated 05.11.2014 granted time till 10.11.2014 for filing of deficit court fee. The same was not filed within time. Resultantly, the appeal stood dismissed.

Learned counsel submits that deficit court fee was deposited on 14.11.2014. There is delay of four days in doing so. He has explained the reasons for delayed deposit of the court fee. For the reasons stated in the application and submissions made in support thereof, the same is allowed. Time granted under order dated 05.11.2014 is extended to 14.11.2014 subject to deposit of Rs. 300/- with the Patna High Court legal Services Committee and filing receipt thereof on or before 25th of June, 2015.
