N. Mithila University.

2. It has been informed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party that detail of dues,

Patna High Court MJC No.1906 of 2024(6) dt.05-03-2025 2/2 which has already been paid to the petitioner, is contained in paragraph no.4 of the show cause. On the question of payment of Dearness Allowance, on account of pay revision from 2006 to 2009, the opposite party has informed that the same will be paid within four weeks. In paragraph no.15 of the show cause, it has been admitted that the respondents are bound to abide by the direction of this Court passed in CWJC no.6606 of 2012. A statement has also been made in paragraph no.16 of the show cause that in light of letter no.1807 dated 27.06.2021, the University was directed to ensure payment of amount of group insurance along with interest out of the internal source of the University.

3. In the above view and admitted position, the proceeding of contempt initiated against the opposite party is dropped.

4. Accordingly the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
