JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged by the informant that the deceased committed suicide. On her cry the accused and villagers reached there and took out the deceased by breaking open the door. The father-in-law Ram Naresh Singh informed the police as well as the Naihar people on which police reached and after full filing the formalities handed over the dead body to accused persons and thereafter he funeral was made.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. It has also been

No.25657 of 2015 (3) dt.22-09-2015 submitted that the petitioner no.1 is the Dewar, petitioner no.2 unmarried Nanad and petitioner no.3 married Nanad and petitioner no.4 mother-in-law of the deceased. Petitioners are separate in mess and property with the husband of the deceased. Husband is in custody.
It has been submitted on behalf of the State that the petitioners are named in the FIR.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Morhowrah P.S.Case No.285 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
