Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-47(A) of the Excise Act.

Only three litres country-made liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner who belongs to Scheduled tribe community.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties and also, taking note of this fact that petitioner is in jail custody since 16-04-2016 without having any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-
