Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner/institution would submits that the petitioner/institution has requested the Principal Secretary, Health Department, Government of Bihar by a detailed representation dated 26.06.2020 for fresh inspection of the institution on account of renewal of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1973 of 2021(4) dt.30-06-2021 2/2 fresh recognition of the institute but till date the inspection has not been carried out.

In the circumstance, the respondents are directed to carry inspection of the institute within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The entire decision with regard to admission, past and present shall abide by the outcome of the inspection and fresh decision based on inspection shall be taken by the respondents within a further period of 30 days from the date of inspection.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
