The Petitioner seeks bail in Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 310 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 420,406,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the written report it appears that an agreement was entered into between the complainant and one Vanarsi Rai and Ranjit Kumar Rai and the informant, on the promise of Vanarsi Rai, deposited Rs. 5, 40,000/- in the account of this petitioner and this petitioner as well as Ranjit Kumar Rai did not execute the sale deed. The petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2016. It is further stated that Vanarsi Rai has been allowed bail by the learned court below.

Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara, Bhojpur in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 310 of 2016 subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
