This is an application seeking enhancement of some time to deposit the amount of Rs. 8,000/- with District Legal Services Authority, Samastipur in compliance of order dated 06/08/2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31787 of 2014. While granting further time to avail the privilege granted to the petitioner vide order dated 10/07/2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17986 of 2014, in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 237 of 2013 pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, wherein some clerical error made due to error in the application occurred. It is submitted that petitioner's bail-bond has already been accepted by the court below before receipt of the order imposing condition to deposit the amount aforesaid.

In view of the above, as prayed for, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to deposit the amount of Rs. 8,000/- latest by 23rd January, 2015.
