Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

According to F.I.R, the wife of deceased Bhopal Mandal is suspected to have committed murder of Bhopal Mandal with the help of her criminal associates. During investigation, the petitioner was arrested and his confessional statement was recorded. That much is the evidence against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 12.12.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the fact that there is no substantial material for further detention of the petitioner, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14529 of 2018 (3) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Falka Police Station Case No. 359 of 2017 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
