JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that petitioner on the order of Sitaram Rai gave knife blow upon the informant's father.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody since 11.4.2016. Chargesheet has been submitted against the petitioner. No allegation of tampering of witnesses is alleged against the petitioner. Petitioner is said to have given knife bow upon the victim. No repetition has been alleged against the petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner may be released after completion of six months in custody, i.e., from 11.4.2016.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail after completion of six months in custody, i.e., from 11.4.2016 on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29382 of 2016 (3) dt.02-09-2016 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri, Sitamarhi, in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case no. 62 of 2016.
