The petitioners seek bail in Shambhuganj P.S. Case No.112 of 2012 instituted for the offence under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that the petitioners are Gotani of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners.

From the written report it appears that the deceased was married with Sunil Saw and she was tortured in her Sasural for demand of Rs.50,000/- and ultimately she was done to death. Apparently, there is no specific overt act against these petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7233 of 2017 (2) dt.01-03-2017 in the written report. They are said to be in custody since 12.11.2016.

All the petitioners are ladies and Gotani of the deceased. Therefore, their prayer for bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Banka in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No.112 of 2012, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioners.
