The petitioner has been in custody since 21.04.2019 in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 64 of 2019 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 272/273/308 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery has been made from the house which is in joint occupation of the petitioner and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
