Both these applications have been filed for modification of the order dated 17.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61661 of 2021 and Cr. Misc. No. 16274 of 2022 whereby the petitioners had been granted anticipatory bail subject to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38933 of 2022(6) dt.09-11-2022 2/2 condition that they will execute their bail bonds along with the demand draft for Rs. 19,50,000/- and the demand draft should have been prepared in the name of opposite party no. 2. The court below will hand over the demand draft to the opposite party no. 2 and on deposit of the amount of demand draft, bail bond of the petitioners shall be accepted.

For the reasons mentioned in these modification applications, they are allowed.

Time granted to the petitioners to surrender in the court below for furnishing bail bond by order dated 17.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61661 of 2021 and Cr. Misc. No. 16274 of 2022 is hereby extended by further four weeks from today. The order dated 17.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61661 of 2021 and Cr. Misc. No. 16274 of 2022 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly,both these modification applications are disposed of.
