Petitioner is in custody in connection with Kopa P.S.Case No.32 of 2019 registered for an offence under Sections 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, it is alleged that all the accused persons including the petitioner committed the murder of son of the informant and were keeping the dead body of the deceased at the house of the informant which was seen by the daughters of the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. It is also submitted that save and except

He further submits that chargesheet has already been submitted, having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.03.2019. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Saran at Chapra in connection with Kopa P.S.Case No.32 of 2019.
