18-01-2017 Sri Alok Kumar Sinha, learned senior counsel assisted by Sri Bhola Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.C. to Standing Counsel - 22 as well as learned counsel for the Accountant General, submits that in view of facts disclosed in the counter affidavit, virtually relief, which was sought for in the writ petition, has already been granted to the petitioner and as such, he makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition, with an indication that if still any grievance exists, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy.

The prayer is allowed.
