Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pirpainty P. S. case no. 240/2014 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
It appears that alleged occurrence took place due to land dispute and having more or less similar several co-accused persons have already been granted privilege of bail by this court vide order dated 7.5.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 11686/2015. Moreover, it would appear from perusal of order dated 7.5.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 11686/2015 that the informant sustained three injuries said to be caused by hard and blunt substance and opinion regarding nature of the aforesaid injuries was not ascertained by the Investigating officer. Accordingly, it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25892 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Pirpainty P. S. case no. 240/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
