2. The petitioners apprehends their arrest in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 34 of 2025, instituted under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 76, 303(2), 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nayaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date of occurrence when informant was extracting soil to construct his house, F.I.R. named accused persons including the petitioners armed with weapon came and started abusing and assaulting the informant. When the wife of the informant came to save him, petitioner no. 1 and co-accused Ranjan Kumar also assaulted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40209 of 2025(2) dt.27-06-2025 2/3 her. Co-accused Kanchan Devi snatched her gold earrings and Ranju Devi is alleged to have taken away Rs. 25,000/- of the informant kept in the box in the house.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. There is delay of 24 hours in filing the FIR without any proper and plausible explanation. In fact, due to previous enmity of land dispute, some altercation took place between the parties and the present case has been lodged. Injuries on the person injured are simple in nature. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Petitioners undertake to co-operate in the investigation and trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Lakhisarai in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 34 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482
