This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Mithanpura P.S. Case No.69 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code but the charge-sheet has been submitted under sections 420, 406 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The petitioner is alleged to have taken the vehicle of the informant and thereafter he sold the said vehicle. 4.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that it is co-accused Karan Kumar on whose instance the vehicle has been recovered and he has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 03.06.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.39473 of 2024.

The petitioner is in custody since 23.03.2024 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed. 7.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Mithanpura P.S. Case No.69 of 2021. 8.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Kudhni Police Station, District- Muzaffarpur on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
