In the present writ petition, the petitioner, who is land owner, has prayed for directing the Respondents i.e. the Postal Department (tenant) to enhance the monthly rent of the premises in question.

The Court is of the opinion that while exercising writ jurisdiction, such relief cannot be granted by this Court. The writ petition stands dismissed.
