JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 224, 353, 323, 326, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that petitioner fled away from the police custody, I do not feel it proper to release him on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 395 of 2014 pending in the court of Sri Sunil Kumar Tripathi, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muzaffarpur stands rejected.
