The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, the petitioner got appointed on the fake certificates on the post of Niyojit Teachers. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner resigned from his service on 20.09.2022. Petitioner has clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
