The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 02 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 379, 387, 504, 506/34, 354 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is regarding the accused persons having tried to overtake the informant of the case and when scuffle had taken place the accused persons fled away. Subsequently the mobile of the informant was recovered from the nephew of the petitioner upon confessional statement made by the petitioner herein.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as far

Moreover, it is submitted that the mobile of the informant was recovered from the nephew of the petitioner. The petitioner is stated to be having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 02.02.2018.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with pipra P.S. Case No. 02 of 2018.
