JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-03-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the informant and the State.

This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The first information report was lodged after missing of Priyanka Kumari, the daughter of the informant.

The victim-girl in her statement under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code stated that she had love affairs with the petitioner since last two years and her husband was in love with some other girl, therefore, she had voluntarily gone with the petitioner and she wants to marry with the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact specially the statement of the victim-girl, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11283 of 2017 (2) dt.20-03-2017 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 145 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Sri J.P. Kisku, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Pupri, Sitamarhi, or successor Court with the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
