The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/342/384/386//109/114/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that this petitioner caught hold of one Abhishek @ Chhotu when the co-accused Chandan Kumar and Vijay Yadav fired causing injury to the victim as a result the victim succumbed to the injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that admittedly accusation of firing is not against the petitioner. Post-mortem reflects only one injury and the accusation appears unreasonable so far as this petitioner is concerned. There is

The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Beur P.S. Case No.131 of 2014, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
