The Petitioner seeks bail in Gangta P.S. Case No. 56 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Sections 2(c), 3, 5(b), 18 of the Bihar Mahua Flower Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 1000 kg of mahua flower and 90 boxes of sugar were recovered from a pick-up-van which was driven by this petitioner.

The petitioner is said to be in custody since 31.12.2016.

From the written report, it appears that petitioner was driver of the aforesaid pick-up-van.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Munger in connection with G.R. No. 2375 of 2016, arising out of Gangta P.S. Case No. 56 of 2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) Shageer/- U T
