The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 4 of 2020 dated 02.01.2020 instituted for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that his implication is only on the basis of suspicion. It has further been submitted that during the course of investigation, no evidence worth the name could be collected against the petitioner.

It appears, it has been argued, that only because of suspicion, the petitioner has been made accused in this case. Two other accused persons have

Regard being had to the aforestated facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IX Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 4 of 2020.
