19 bottles of country made wine, cash appertaining to Rs. 8,500/-, along with a mobile set were seized from the possession of petitioner for which he happens to be under custody since 05.04.2016. It is apparent that petitioner happens to be an accused relating to Excise Act of the year 2015.

Considering the period of detention, petitioner, Jahrul @ Bagha is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kochadhaman PS Case No. 59/2016 (G.R. No. 446/2016) subject to condition that future involvement of petitioner under Excise Act will deprive him of enjoying the privilege.
