In this case the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Sarairanjan (Ghatho) P.S. Case No. 62 of 2002 (S.T. No. 302 of 2015) for offence under Sections 364 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Sections 302, 301/34 the Indian Penal Code were added.
From the report of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Samastipur dated 31.3.2017, it is apparent that all the private witnesses have been examined and two official witnesses, namely, the Investigating Officers to be examined.
In that view of the matter, this Court does not find any reason to grant bail to the petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9766 of 2017 (3) dt.12-04-2017 The Court below is directed to conclude the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
