2. Petitioners apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148 , 149, 186, 341, 323, 332, 333 , 307, 353 and 337 of the Indian Penal Code .

3. As per the prosecution case , these petitioners along with other co-accused persons pelted stone and attacked on police party as a result of which police personnel sustained injuries.
