Pursuant to order dated 16.10.2015, supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 4 in which the stand is that the authorities have decided to treat the age of the mother of the petitioner as 53 years 6 months when she died and accordingly prayer has been made to grant two weeks time for payment of admitted dues to the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 4 to ensure that necessary sanction order is issued in favour of the petitioner within one month from the date of production of a copy of this order before him. The same shall thereafter be forwarded to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.16231 of 2011 dt.30-10-2015 2/2 respondent no. 3 who shall issue authorization in favour of the petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of the sanction order from the authority concerned.
