====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE V.N. SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Because of the previous enmity with the deceased, petitioner is named in the First Information Report as suspect as there is no eye-witness to the actual killing of the deceased. In such circumstances, I am not inclined to admit the petitioner to the privilege of bail in the event of arrest. Prayer for bail in the event of arrest is rejected with direction to the petitioner to surrender in the court of A.C.J.M., Naugachia, Bhagalpur in connection with Bihpur P.S. Case No. 415 of 2013 within four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the court below and apply for regular bail which should be
