JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-02-2017 At the very outset, Sri Partha Sarthy, learned counsel for the Respondent/Bihar School Examination Board submits that the relief, which has been sought for in the present writ petition, has already been negated by a Single Bench of this Court, which was approved by the Division Bench and finally it has been approved by the Hon'ble Apex Court.

The submission made by Sri Partha Sarthy, learned counsel for the Respondent/Bihar School Examination Board was not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, in view of facts and circumstances, there is no need to further keep the matter pending. The writ petition stands disposed of.
