Petitioner is accused in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No. 73 of 2018 arising out of Narhat P.S. Case No. 307 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 342, 376D/34 of the I.P.C., section 4of the POCSO Act and section 66/67(C) of I.T. Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused person has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 22963 of 2019 on 07.05.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
