The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 264 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 323, 307, 385, 504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have assaulted the injured and he is in custody since 20.04.2023.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of injury and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
