JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that 500 liters spirit and empty bottles of Indian made foreign liquor were recovered from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Ishipur Barahat P.S.Case No. 30 of 2016, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Bhagalpur, stands rejected, at least, at this stage.
