The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 452, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case in short is that the accused persons entered into house of the informant and gave Rs. 500/- to her son stating him to arrange a bottle of liquor. It was also alleged that the prosecution parties were assaulted.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 08-08-2018. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted by fist and slaps. The nature of injury is said to be simple. No offence u/S 307 of the Indian Penal Code is made

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-VII, Bhagalpur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 698 of 2018 arising out of Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 327 of 2004.
