This is the second attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 25.06.2016 in Goraul ( Katahara O.P.) P.S. Case No.130 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on 25.10.2016 vide Cr.Misc.No. 46270 of 2016. Even before expiry of six months, since the petitioner had renewed his prayer for bail by filing the present petition, which was filed 15.02.2017, by order dated 22.02.2017 this Court, with a view to keep the petitioner in custody for further some time, had

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7910 of 2017 (3) dt.26-04-2017 2/2 directed to list this matter in the last week of April,2017 and, thereafter, the matter has been listed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the fact that the petitioner is in custody since long, till date not even single witness has been examined.

Considering the facts and circumstances as well as the earlier observation of this Court in the present case, let the petitioner, namely Amod Paswan be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul (Katahara O.P.) P.S. Case No.130 of 2016.
