2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, three unknown criminals after threatening the informant with pistol looted a motorcycle, mobile phone and Rs. 2,000/- from the informant.

4. On the confessional statement of the petitioner, the looted motorcycle has been recovered. Petitioner is in jail since 11.02.2024.

5. Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
