The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Specific allegation against the petitioner and two others is causing fire arm injury and death of Lallan Yadav. In the occurrence two persons were killed. The doctor has found multiple fire arm injuries on the person of Lallan Yadav. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Salkhua P.S.

Hence, prayer is refused.
