The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, four unknown miscreants committed loot in the office of the informant on gun point. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and name of petitioner transpired during course of investigation. It is submitted that no incriminating article or looted article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and only on confession of co-accused, petitioner has been made accused. However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition and submitted that petitioner has got five criminal antecedents and it is a case of loot, that too in the Bank.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40498 of 2022(2) dt.29-11-2022 2/2 Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
