2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2)/115(2)/118(1)/ 76/352/351(2)/3(5) and 109 of the BNS.
3. As per F.I.R., when the informant along with his brother was sitting at his door, all the named accused persons including this petitioner came and assaulted them with lathi, danda and Farsa.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. He further submits that due to property dispute simple marpit took place in which both the sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case.
5. Learned counsel for the informant has opposed the bail petition and has submitted that doctor has found some of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41855 of 2025(2) dt.24-07-2025 2/2 the injuries to be grievous in nature. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that there is direct allegation of assault against this petitioner, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
7. This application is dismissed.
