No.406 of 2015 in connection with Katihar Sahayak P.S. case No.782 of 2014 on merits.

Since there is no indication that the private Opposite Parties ever misused the privilege of anticipatory bail in the intervening period, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. Hence, the application stands dismissed.
