Petitioner is not named in the First Information Report but from perusal of the impugned order as well as from submissions of the parties, it would appear that the name of petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of coaccused and except the aforesaid confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner who is languishing in jail since long but has not been put on test identification parade. Moreover, some co-accused persons have already been granted privilege of bail. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM,
