2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 124 of 2023 dated 22.01.2023 registered for the offences u/s 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, 2-3 unknown miscreants snatched mobile and motorcycle of the informant and they also snatched mobile and Rs. 5000/- from one Satlal Kumar and they fled away.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious

The name of the petitioner has sprung up in the confessional statement of the co-accused Guddu Sahani. No TIP has been conducted by the prosecution. The other co-accused person has already been granted bail by this court vide order dated 26.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44099/2023. The petitioner has six antecedents as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 25.02.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 124 of 2023.

7. The application stands allowed.
